We’re looking for an experienced and driven Engineering Manager to join our Technology team and lead two high-performing IT teams as we continue our strategic transformation initiatives.

• Team Leadership & Development:
  Lead, mentor, and grow cross-functional engineering team focused on Webs and Mobile apps development. Foster a culture of collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement.

• Delivery Ownership:
  Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of technical solutions that align with business objectives and product roadmaps.

• Technical Guidance & Quality:
  Work closely with tech leads and architects to uphold engineering best practices, code quality, and scalable solutions.

• Stakeholder Collaboration:
  Act as a key liaison between Product, Architecture, and Engineering teams to translate strategic goals into actionable engineering plans.

• Process & Performance Optimization:
  Implement and evolve agile development processes, track team performance, and remove blockers to enable success.

• Hiring & Team Building:
  Partner with HR to recruit, onboard, and retain top engineering talent.

• Project & Resource Planning:
  Support planning and prioritization of initiatives, ensuring optimal team capacity and resource allocation.

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, including 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role.

• Proven track record of leading engineering team in a complex, fast-paced environment.

• Solid understanding of modern development practices, architecture principles, and CI/CD.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust across teams and stakeholders.

• Experience working in an agile environment and delivering large-scale digital products.

• Fluency in English
