What you’ll do:

• Assure that our loyal customers are engaged via ad-hoc and automated marketing campaigns.

• Analyze local and international competitors for inspirations, know-how and creating programs beyond obvious;

• Help us make data-driven decisions for continuous improvements;

• Drive loyalty program development to stay up-to-date and maintain customer appeal;

• Collaborate with our retail and e-commerce colleagues for a seamless omnichannel loyalty experience;

• Brief in-house design team for catchy content development ;

• Make loyalty program visible across owned and paid media;

• Lead cross-functional projects with other departments (marketing, IT, customer service, CRM, etc.);

• Ensure compliance with regional regulations and standards while tailoring the program to meet market-specific needs.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in related field;

• 2+ years of experience in Marketing project manager/Retention manager roles;

• Proven experience working with Product, Legal, Commercial teams;

• Experience with data analysis, consumer research, building insights;

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills;

• Fluency in Lithuanian and English (written and spoken).

Nice to have:

• Experience with JIRA, Confluence (mainly as a viewer, editor, project approver);

• Experience with retention management, customer lifecycle management projects.
