Office and HR Administrator

We’re looking for an Office Administrator to join our HR & Administration team – someone who takes pride in creating a welcoming and well-organized work environment, and is excited to grow in a dynamic, forward-thinking setting.
What you’ll do:
As our Office Administrator, you will play a key role in keeping our offices running smoothly and supporting our people. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing office and people-related documentation and correspondence.
- Ensuring smooth office operations in Vilnius and Kaunas.
- Maintaining professional communication with clients, guests, and partners.
- Organizing company events, business trips, meetings, and internal training sessions.
- Overseeing supplies, services, and vendor relationships.
- Supporting our HR team with day-to-day tasks and administrative processes.
- Providing assistance to the leadership team.
- Constantly looking for ways to improve office operations and efficiency.
You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
- Communication and organizational skills.
- Computer literacy and digital mindset.
- English skills (written and spoken).
- A sense of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity.
- Knowledge of office administration, professional ethics, and basic labor law.
