IT Systems Administrator

We are seeking a IT systems administrator with strong hands-on technical skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset to join our IT team. You’ll be responsible for maintaining and supporting our internal IT infrastructure, administering workspaces, resolving network issues, and contributing to the implementation and maintenance of new tools and technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 2 technical support to end users across the organization.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage and maintain internal network infrastructure.
- Lead Incident investigation and analysis.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes including hardware provisioning and system access.
- Document issues, solutions, and processes for internal knowledge base.
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in IT systems administrator or similar role.
- Great knowledge and experience with Active Directory, MDM solutions, Office 365.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Hands-on experience with scripting (PowerShell, Bash), and device troubleshooting.
- Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, and general networking concepts.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Nice to have:
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles relevant to e-commerce.
- ITIL Foundation certification or similar is a plus.
- Experience supporting mobile POS devices or remote support in logistics hubs.
