At Kesko Senukai Digital, we drive the omnichannel experience across the Baltics, and we’re looking for a passionate Marketing Manager to lead our promotional and content execution. What you’ll do:

Sales Promotion Execution:

• Coordinate and implement sales and seasonal promotions across the Baltics.
• Support and execute online store advertising campaigns.

Team Leadership & Content Coordination:

• Lead the content team, managing workflows, efficiency, and day-to-day operations.
• Ensure timely delivery and quality of marketing assets.

Operational Marketing Management:

• Execute campaigns in collaboration with commercial and retail teams.
• Make sure all campaign materials are on-brand and channel-appropriate (online & offline).
• Maintain consistent quality across banners, print, web, and in-store materials.

Cross-Department & Retail Collaboration:

• Work closely with retail teams to ensure seamless campaign rollout across omnichannel touchpoints.

Performance & Process Optimization:

• Track key KPIs, support reporting, and suggest data-driven improvements.
• Contribute to process improvements to increase campaign effectiveness and speed.

What we expect from you:

• Experience in marketing campaign execution, preferably in retail or e-commerce.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Detail-oriented and quality-focused, with a hands-on approach.
• Experience in managing omnichannel campaigns (digital and offline).
