Customer Service Quality Specialist

As a Customer Service Quality Specialist you will be:
- Improving the quality assurance process: Continuously reviewing and optimizing processes to ensure our services meet the highest standards.
- Direct communication with the team: Providing feedback, helping employees improve, and organizing training to help the team achieve the best results.
- Evaluating customer service quality: Listening to calls, reading emails, and monitoring communication with customers through other channels to identify weak spots and ensure their elimination.
- Contributing to projects: Actively participating in projects aimed at improving customer service quality and service processes.
- Constantly updating the knowledge base and processes: Ensuring that the knowledge base, processes, and procedures are continuously updated and reflect company changes.

Sounds interesting? We expect you to:
- Have a passionate approach to customer service quality and a desire to improve service delivery processes.
- Have experience in customer service (experience as a team leader, quality specialist, or senior specialist is a plus).
- Be familiar with customer experience management tools (e.g., NPS, VOC) and be able to apply them to assess service quality.
- Have problem-solving skills and be focused on effective solutions and better customer experiences.
- Be able to create and lead training sessions, improving the team’s skills and knowledge.
- Communicate smoothly, be team-oriented, and focused on results.
- Be fluent in English (written and spoken), with knowledge of Russian being an advantage.
