  • Managing the loyalty program’s benefit package & customer acquisition strategies.
  • Driving CLV growth through segmentation, automation, and personalization.
  • Tracking performance & optimizing customer journeys.
  • Leading a talented loyalty team.
  • Monitoring market trends & consumer behavior to unlock new opportunities.
  • Collaborating closely with various teams across the organization.
Who We’re Looking For:
  • 2+ years of experience in loyalty, customer retention, or CLV-related fields.
  • E-commerce experience is a big plus!
  • Strong analytical & data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent organizational & project management skills.
  • Fluent English (written & spoken).
  • Experience in leading teams/projects.
