We expect you to:

- Experience in customer service is an advantage but not a requirement—we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn;

- Communicate fluently and correctly in Lithuanian and have a good command of Russian (a strong advantage) and/or English;

- You’re motivated to find the best solutions and enjoy assisting others;

- You can collaborate effectively but also thrive when working solo;
